We are looking for an Account Supervisor for our San Francisco or San Diego office. The Account Supervisor works under limited direction of the Brand Strategy Director to organically grow business, maintain outstanding client relationships and produce on-target, on-budget
interactive marketing campaigns for clients.
Core Responsibilities
+ Manage all phases of Interactive campaign cycles, from research and planning to optimization and analysis
+ Act as key liaison between client and internal teams including design, technology and media
+ Monitor, track and analyze client campaigns
+ Ability to communicate interactive solutions to various levels of technical staff
+ Interface with clients on a variety of levels and functions while managing client expectations
+ Ability to assess client's business objectives to provide proactive strategic online marketing recommendations
+ Provide creative solutions to business problems
+ Write project proposals and strategic plans
Required Skills
+ Solid 3-5 years experience as an Account Executive in an interactive agency, preferably at the senior level
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Strong knowledge of Web-based marketing solutions
+ Up-to-date on latest interactive trends
+ Ability to manage multiple interactive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
+ Ability to build, maintain and grow exceptionally strong client relationships
+ Interactive production experience managing website development, online media, search and email marketing campaigns
+ Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
+ Analytical, detail oriented, team player with relentlessly positive attitude
+ Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
