Tim Warder brings more than twenty years of strategic thinking and expertise in marketing, operations and IT to Geary's executive management team. Throughout his career, Warder has held senior leadership roles for US and international professional services firms.

Before joining Geary, Warder held a similar position at Proxicom/iCrossing. He also worked for Cambridge Technology Partners in their management consulting business.

Warder began his career with extensive branding work for internationally known advertising agencies Fallon and Campbell-Mithun, where he managed strategic branding projects for global clients.

As Geary Interactive’s Vice President of Media Services, Vanessa Newkirk manages day-to-day operations for Geary’s media service engagements. She provides strategic vision and thought leadership to guide Geary’s award winning media teams including its paid search, search engine optimization and social media departments.

Newkirk comes to Geary Interactive after overseeing digital initiatives for Hewlett-Packard as a part of her role at Omnicom Media Group.

She was bitten by the Internet bug in the 90s as Newkirk co-founded two start-ups while attaining her MBA from Loyola University Graduate School of Business in Chicago. She then transitioned to agency life where she has worked with a plethora of influential brands such as Kraft Foods, Delta Airlines, McDonalds, Nestle Purina Pet Care, Sears, Verizon Wireless and NBC Universal. Fluent in 5 languages, Newkirk can speak to the joys of digital agency life with almost anyone who crosses her path.

Sarah Kotlova is Vice President of Strategy and Client Services for Geary Interactive and a specialist in interactive marketing. She creates user-centric cultures for her agency and clients, bringing the voice of the customer in impactful ways into each marketing and advertising decision. Her objective: to change the universe one user interaction at a time.

Sarah builds brands and business online for Geary clients such as WD-40, Intel Classmate PC, OAG (Official Airline Guide), Covad, and Philosophy. Prior to joining Geary, Sarah was an Account Director for Whittmanhart in Los Angeles and Philadelphia, where her clients included Kellogg’s Special K, Johnson and

Johnson (REMICADE (infliximab) and K-Y), Anheuser-Busch), Epson, Avery, State of California Tobacco Free CA program, Guidant and Kashi.

When she can drag herself away from the computer, she also enjoys travel.

Shelley Callahan is the Director of Marketing for Geary Group. Shelley is responsible for the strategy and execution of the marketing initiatives including brand building and outreach as well as serving as brand manager. She also heads up Geary’s public relations department.

Prior to Geary, Shelley was in the sports marketing industry and finance industries. Shelley has her MBA from the University of San Diego and is based in Geary’s San Diego office.
